We are looking for a Partner Sales Support specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated graduate with a basic knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operation.

Duties and responsibilities;


  1. Sales Support Desk
  • Manage inbound requests to channel support alias and route through to relevant person who can help:
  • If in a foreign language work with one of the team who speaks the language to interpret and action.
  • Collate and produce FAQ of the most common question and answers and work with Eamon to create a FAQ section on partner site. 
  • Produce "How to' webinars, guide and video clips
  • Support partners with 1st level support on web store and Partner Portal access.
  • Support the sales team with relevant reporting requests.
  • Provides troubleshooting assistance for customer orders and relevant problems as required
  • Suggest sales process improvements
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators


  1. Reporting:
  • Produce individual monthly distributor status reports, including:
    • Number of traded partners.
    • Net new partners.
    • Traded partners by LOB.
    • Target to rebate if relevant
    • Any other individual KPI's agreed.
  • Produce a monthly report for:
    • Partner program status report by country and broadcast to distribution.
    • New partner registrations and monitor POS reports for trail key activation and revenue progress.
    • Line of business trend report
  • SalesForce :
    • Opportunities with overdue close dates
    • Opportunities older than 90 days
    • New deal registrations
    • Collate and send out leads status per territory
