StorageCraft is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our global Sales team. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for sales and channel operations, supporting StorageCraft's various sales functions, channel partners and senior management. In this role, you will help drive the overall productivity of the channel program and effectiveness of the sales organization.

 Primary Responsibilities

  • Deals Desk--Creating and tracking partner pricing amendments, discount levels and deal registration management
  • Channel Incentives--Channel rebate budgeting, reporting, quarterly payments and SPIFF administration
  • MDF - budgeting, reporting, and reimbursements
  • process improvement and training - including monitoring the sales organization's compliance with required standards
  • Maintenance and constant improvement of key sales team KPIs
  • Reporting - Gather QBR data and supports ad-hoc reporting
  • Change Management - Process documentation and team training 

 Desired Skills and Experience 

  • Team player, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • 2 to 3 years of Channel Sales, Sales Operations or Channel Operations experience in a tech sales environment
  • Strong experience using administration experience preferrable
  • Fluency in Excel
