StorageCraft is currently seeking an Inside Sales professional to join the EMEA organization and serve as part of our License Operations team. As a member of the Ops team, you will be responsible for helping drive Backup and Recovery sales through our Channel Partners to existing StorageCraft customers.  Among other responsibilities, position objectives entail: subscription license management, solution cross-selling, weekly forecasting, deep data analysis, development and execution of sales plays, shipping and data loads on seed drives, and sales collaboration across multiple teams. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the Renewals Process
  • Manages outbound email communications to renewal base across EMEA
  • Leverages and improves installed product subscription records and reporting to drive increases in active subscribers within the Installed Base
  • Liaises between Customers, Partners and the StorageCraft sales organization
  • Facilitates sales information flow to regional sales teams and leaders
  • Drives Lifecycle Management process improvements amongst Partners and Customers
  • Initial point of contact for Installed Base data inquiries
  • Maintains documentation for all projects and initiatives involving Installed Base growth
  • Enhances and further builds relationships with existing customers based upon knowledge of StorageCraft's technology, products, and services
  • Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results
  • Organise shipping of seed drives as required

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Critical thinking (Ability to understand Installed Base strategy, provide consultative analysis)
  • Communication (Ability to combine complex data and analyses into actionable business plans which facilitate decision-making; Ability to engage in active listening and draw out key conclusions from colleagues, Partner and Customer relationships)      
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must be a self-starter with ability to follow through on projects assigned
  • Strong skills in cross functional collaboration
  • Extensive background and experience with Excel a must
  • Strong understanding of or similar CRM platforms
