StorageCraft is looking for an experienced Sr. Operations Analyst to join their team. In this role you will manage the global inventory forecasting, management and fullfillment.  


  • Global hardware demand planning from Sales Forecast
    • Prepare global forecast of number of units for hardware platforms and drives, based on the sales forecast for hardware.
    • Prepare global purchasing plan in units, based on forecast and projected inventory levels.
  • Lead Global shipping customs and logistics
  • Lead Global Hardware Inventory for hardware product lines
    • Ensuring that inventories, spares and parts are kept at appropriate levels within defined territories.
    • Design and implementing processes for new hardware product introductions, ordering, fulfillment, tracking and logistics
    • Aid in purchase order management
      • Placing orders
      • Verifying shipping
      • Verifying receipt
      • Verifying invoices
    • Define processes and direct operations for storage product lines at global second touch facilities:
      • Completion of Finished Goods per BOM.
      • Receive Finished Goods into inventory against purchase order.
      • Finish-to-sales order.
      • Shipping to customers.
      • Maintain appropriate inventory levels.
      • Inventory tracking and reporting.
    • Continue to refine processes for forecasting of units, purchase planning and second touch operations.
    • Lead NAV Operations Integration and Workflow process
    • Aid in vendor management and contracts
    • Aid in global hardware selection, negotiations and procurement
    • Aid in hardware preparation for shipment
    • Aid in global shipping requirements and logistics
    • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Finance, Business or similar
  • 5 years operations experience
  • Experience in Global shipping, customs, logistics and freight forwarding
  • Experience using forecasting tools as well as production and inventory management software
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Other professional skills. (E.g., ability to work under tight deadlines, multi-task, ability to work with limited supervision, analytical and process, etc.)
