StorageCraft is looking to expand our Salesforce team with an experienced Salesforce BSA who will elevate the way that we are using the Salesforce Sales Cloud by consulting closely with the Sales group to transform the user experience for our sales teams.  The successful candidate will embrace the challenge of solving critical business problems and act as the knowledge expert for evolving new processes within the Salesforce Sales Cloud.

The right candidate is a big-picture thinker and detail-oriented doer who is adept at understanding business needs, mapping these to Salesforce technology solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to implement these solutions.

Your day-to-day

  • 60% - Salesforce Administration / 40% BSA and related activities
  • Consult with Sales and Marketing Operations regularly to identify, strategize, and implement needed enhancements and changes to the SFDC platform
  • Design and implement reports, analysis, and dashboards
  • Understand, analyze and transform business objectives and functional requirements into technical Salesforce solutions
  • Manage day to day SFDC Admin activities
  • Support M&A related activities including working in multiple SFDC instances
  • Design and implement Territory models and reassignments
  • Working with the SFDC Forecasting 
  • Optimization and implementation of SFDC Lead management cycle and integrate with Marketo
  • Configuring CPQ (Configure, Price and Quote) for internal sales and channel sales within the Partner Community
  • Maintain User Roles, Security, and Profiles and Permission Sets
  • Train end users and prepare related documentation (training materials, process and data flows, and use cases)
  • Remain current on Salesforce best practices, technologies, and certifications
  • Coordinate with development team and group manager throughout development lifecycle to ensure requirements are developed and delivered to specification
  • Assist with project management, planning and coordination activities
  • Manage and triage Salesforce Helpdesk tickets

 

Qualifications

  • Certified Salesforce Admin
  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience; 3+ years' experience in a BSA role
  • Authority on Salesforce best practice
  • Salesforce CPQ experience
  • Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce Communities (Partner)
  • Ability to articulate and describe the Salesforce security model
  • Knowledgeable in workflow rules, field updates, email alerts, validation rules, process builder, and other Salesforce automation tools
  • Strong background with data management tools (Data Loader, etc) dependencies and constraints
  • Capable of building complex reports and dashboards
  • Ability to understand business process and transform into Salesforce technology solutions
  • Experience writing user stories and working with teams to execute
  • Ability to generate business process/workflow diagrams
  • Strong problem solving, consultative and influencing skills
  • Demonstrate excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both orally and in writing
  • Self-disciplined and attentive to detail

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • SQL / SoQL expertise including Openquery
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator/Platform I certification
  • Prior experience with a multi-tier distribution or channel based Go-To-Market strategy
  • Solid understanding of Apex code and triggers
  • Experience with DemandTools
  • Experience with Marketo
  • BS, BA, or Advanced Educational Achievement
